About Martin

Martin Shi graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2024 and was called to the bar in 2025. His practice focuses on construction law, applying a pragmatic and collaborative approach to dispute resolution. Before joining Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP, Martin completed his articles at a provincial Crown corporation in insurance defence, gaining experience in BC Supreme Court proceedings, and completed an internship at the BC Provincial Court during law school. Prior to law school, he studied German philosophy of the 18th and 19th centuries.
