About Tejas
Tejas Madhur is a Senior Associate at JFK Law's Vancouver office practising Aboriginal and constitutional law with a focus on modern treaty negotiation and implementation. Before joining JFK she held progressively senior governance, consultation, and negotiation roles at Tsawwassen First Nation, and from 2018 to 2024 she served on the board of the BC Law Institute, including as Chair. In 2022 she was recognized by Business in Vancouver's Top Forty Under 40 for her work supporting Indigenous political and economic empowerment. Tejas was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2014 after studying at Dalhousie University, and is also a member of the British Columbia and Nunavut bars.
