Cassandra Paterson represents clients involved in the construction industry, handling risk allocation in contract drafting, builders liens, and negligence claims, and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. She also works with owners, including municipalities and First Nations, on the tendering process, and her interest in technical issues extends to disciplinary matters before the Architectural Institute of BC and Engineers and Geoscientists BC, for which she helped develop the Architect and the Law Course.
