About Hannah

Hannah Plant is a business lawyer whose practice is focused on corporate and commercial law. Before joining Synergy, she summered and articled at a leading full-service law firm, gaining experience across a wide range of business law matters. She has assisted privately held companies with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements and governance matters, and advises on commercial lending and financing transactions as well as commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. She has experience working with partnerships and joint ventures on structuring and ongoing governance matters, and competed in the Davies Corporate/Securities Law Moot during law school.
