About Pam
Pam Jefcoat is a founding partner of Civic Legal LLP and its current Managing Partner. With over 24 years of combined experience in local government and commercial real estate law, she advises local governments on land use planning, subdivision, rezoning, and the redevelopment of residential, mixed-use, and industrial properties. Her practice covers rezoning and permit approval processes, public hearings, phased developments, development agreements, density bonusing and transfers, development cost charges, amenity cost charges, community amenity contributions, and subdivision servicing requirements. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and speaks throughout the province on topics affecting local governments and developers, and sits on the CLEBC Editorial Board for the British Columbia Real Estate Development Practice Manual.
