Lindsay Gluck is an employment lawyer with a practice dedicated to workplace investigations and advocacy, guided by a commitment to fairness, integrity and practical solutions. Gluck delivers clear, thorough and impartial investigations with a trauma-informed approach, working across sectors including Indigenous employers, governments and advocacy groups. Drawing on a background in litigation, Gluck brings a seasoned perspective to complex workplace issues, whether leading investigations, advising on disputes, or representing clients as an advocate. Gluck is a leader in the firm's mentorship program, serving as both a formal and informal mentor for young lawyers inside and outside the firm. Gluck was called to the Law Society of Alberta in 2005 and to the Law Society of Ontario in 2012.
