About Mark
Mark K. Donaldson is Counsel at Dutton Brock, where he heads the accident benefits practice group. He began his career in 1988 articling in tort work before moving into Statutory Accident Benefits, and has since developed a specialty in inter-company loss transfer and priority disputes handled through private arbitration and on appeal. He has argued arbitrations and appeals before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has also practised insurance defence. He moved his accident benefits practice to Dutton Brock with colleagues in November 2000. He earned his Honours B.A. in psychology and philosophy from Glendon College, York University in 1984 and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1988, and was called to the bar in 1990.
