About Aly

Aly Z. Pabani is a partner at Dutton Brock with a varied insurance defence practice covering personal injury tort claims, accident benefits, priority and loss transfer, disability, property damage, occupiers' liability, insurance coverage, and professional negligence. He joined Dutton Brock in 2018 after articling at a prominent Toronto insurance defence firm and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and other tribunals. Aly earned an Honours BA in political science and economics from McMaster University in 2011 and went on to complete a joint law degree through the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit in 2017.
