His practice spans labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law, and he has built his career as both a litigator and an advisor on risk management, governance, and regulatory questions. He represents large public institutions as well as private sector clients, appearing regularly before administrative tribunals and the courts. Mark has significant experience in collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, and workplace investigations, and he sits as tribunal counsel and as an employer nominee on arbitration panels.
