About Christopher

Christopher L. Dilts is a partner focusing on workplace law, including employment contracts and policies, wrongful dismissal, human rights, disability management, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitration. Representing both employers and employees, he has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and before tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, where he argued a landmark family status discrimination case. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014 and was called to the bar in 2015.
