About Tamara
Tamara Ramusovic practises in all areas of labour, employment, human rights and administrative law, representing private and public sector trade unions federally and provincially in arbitrations, mediations, labour board hearings and court proceedings, and also representing non-union employees in wrongful dismissal and human rights matters. Ramusovic has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and before administrative tribunals including the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal. Ramusovic represents BC on the National Labour Rights Committee of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers and has taught the Labour Arbitration Seminar at Osgoode Hall Law School. Before joining the firm, Ramusovic articled at a national law firm and clerked at the Federal Court of Canada, and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2012.
