About Mark

Mark Bakhet is associate counsel at Parr Business Law, practising corporate, commercial, and healthcare law. His work includes incorporations and reorganizations, shareholder and partnership agreements, professional corporations, commercial contracts, and governance matters, with a particular focus on helping physicians, dentists, and other regulated practitioners structure healthcare corporations. He earned his J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2021. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, sits on the Access Pro Bono Society roster, and is a roster lawyer for the Environmental Dispute Resolution Fund.
