About Brett

Brett Maerz practises estate planning, trust administration and corporate matters, drafting wills, incapacity plans and family business succession strategies, obtaining probate grants, and advising on beneficiary agreements. Maerz practised in Saskatoon and Vancouver before joining Owen Bird, is a STEP Canada student member, and received the National Academic Award for the highest marks in the Law of Trusts in 2023.
