About Aaron

Aaron Grinhaus is a Toronto-based tax and corporate lawyer practising in association with Parr Business Law, focusing on business law, tax and estate planning, commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, professional corporations, and Web3/fintech matters. He holds law degrees from the University of Ottawa and Michigan State University College of Law, and a Master of Laws in tax law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. He is faculty and co-director of Osgoode's Blockchains, Smart Contracts, and the Law certificate program and has written two textbooks on blockchain and smart contract law, published by LexisNexis in 2019 and 2022.
