About Amrinder

Amrinder Atwal practises business law, real estate, and wills and estates. His corporate and commercial work includes business formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiation and drafting, while his real estate practice covers residential and commercial purchases and sales, financing, and commercial leases. He also assists clients with estate planning, probate, and estate administration. He earned a BA in criminology and psychology from Simon Fraser University before completing his LL.B. at the University of Leicester, articling in Vancouver and being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024.
