About Scott

Scott Nicol is a corporate lawyer practising in association with Parr Business Law, admitted to the Law Society of Alberta. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, where he received the Silver Medal for top academic performance. He began his career as a judicial clerk at the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench in Calgary, then spent several years at a large national law firm before founding Nicol Law Office. His practice covers commercial transactions, litigation, corporate and intellectual property agreements, employment matters, and insurance coverage and claims.
