About Yves

Yves Picard is a Quebec-called corporate lawyer practising in association with Parr Business Law and managing partner of Picard Poitras Gervais Avocats s.e.n.c., where he also developed the PSP Legal platform. He holds a law degree from Universite Laval and completed graduate studies at Quebec's National School of Public Administration. His practice centres on business law, complex corporate structures, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions, though his experience also spans labour, health, estate, construction, and real estate law. He has authored two volumes on labour law.
