About Keira

Keira McKee is an associate at Torys focusing on corporate law, with particular interest in mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity and capital markets work. While in law school, she took a summer position as a business law intern in CIBC's legal department. She also served as a 1L caseworker and later as a case manager for 2L and 3L students at the Western Business Law Clinic. In addition, Keira volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools program, which brings legal education into high schools to help students succeed and grow into engaged, active citizens.
