Adam Lazar represents and advises clients as a member of the Commercial Real Estate & Development and Corporate/Commercial teams, working on acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, and sale of commercial, industrial, and residential properties, as well as disclosure statements for residential and mixed-use developments. He also advises on business purchase and sale transactions and corporate reorganizations, and volunteers on the Developing Leaders Committee for CREDA (formerly NAIOP).
