About Ty

Ty Dergousoff is a corporate lawyer at Parr Business Law who focuses on transactional and contract work, including shareholder, employment, contractor, service, and licensing agreements, private business mergers and acquisitions, and commercial lease review and negotiation. He relocated from Edmonton to Vancouver in 2011 to complete his business and law degrees, earning his J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2016.
