About Laura

Laura Clerk became part of the firm's Class Actions Department in 2025, having previously articled and summered there. She earned her law degree at the University of Toronto in 2024, where her writing appeared in the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law Review, arguing for trauma-informed practices in the class action claims process, and she spent a summer as a case worker for the University of Windsor's Class Action Clinic. She also served as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Law and Equality and led a working group on reproductive rights housed within the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights, co-authoring a report on abortion access in Canada.
