About Jennifer

Jennifer Beresford is an associate at McCague Borlack in Ottawa, focusing on insurance defence and coverage work. Her files include first-party claims insurers face over property damage and statutory accident benefits, plus third-party claims spanning many types of accidents, and she advises on coverage questions under auto, CGL and construction-related policies. She has appeared before Ontario's Superior Court of Justice, its Court of Appeal, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and numerous private arbitrators.
