About Andrew N. Zabrovsky

Andrew N. Zabrovsky is a partner in the Toronto office of Hicks Morley and chairs the firm's Human Rights Practice Group. The practice covers every part of the workplace relationship for public and private sector clients, and its centre of gravity is human rights litigation, accommodation in the workplace and labour arbitration.

Accommodation, compliance and the AODA

Clients get help meeting employment standards and human rights requirements, with particular depth on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. Zabrovsky also helped a municipality resolve a combined labour and human rights dispute over an employee's dismissal and long-term disability benefits claims.

Workplace training
