About Adam
Adam Higgins is an associate lawyer at the Cahill Firm, practising civil litigation and family law. He studied at Queen's University, where he served as co-editor-in-chief of the Queen's Law Journal, worked as a caseworker at the Prison Law Clinic, and won the Best Closing Argument award representing Queen's at the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Cup civil trial moot. He earned his undergraduate and master's degrees from Nipissing University, where he was awarded the President's Gold Medal, and now teaches the Civil Law course there. His practice covers family separations and divorces as well as breach of contract, defamation, and other civil litigation matters.
