About Mariam
Mariam is a partner in Wildeboer Dellelce's Tax practice group, focusing on domestic and international tax planning, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, investment funds, and executive compensation. She has represented a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations, investment and pension funds, and high-net-worth individuals. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009, an M.A. from Western University, and a B.A. from Niagara University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. She's a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Tax Foundation. In 2023 she received the Lexpert Rising Stars Award, and she was named a Leading Lawyer to Watch for Corporate Tax in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in 2024 and 2026.
