About Deirdre

Deirdre has a corporate and commercial practice, most often advising clients on buying or selling businesses or completing tax-driven corporate reorganizations. She aims to provide efficient and practical strategies to help clients achieve their goals. During university she volunteered with Best Buddies Canada, Frontier College, the Canadian Association for Community Living, and the Elizabeth Fry Society of Mainland Nova Scotia. Deirdre earned her J.D. from Dalhousie University in 2020 and a B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology from St. Francis Xavier University in 2016, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2021.
