About Deeshay

Deeshay Heeramun practices corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and investments. Prior to his legal career, he worked in engineering consulting and the oil and gas sector on risk management and regulatory compliance. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and completed his articles in 2024/2025.
