About Jan

Jan Goddard is counsel to Goddard Gamage LLP, called to the Ontario bar in 1986. She founded her practice with a focus on elder law and previously spent 10 years as counsel at Ontario's Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. She received the Ontario Bar Association's Award of Excellence in Trusts and Estates and was named Lawyer of the Year 2020 for Trusts and Estates by Best Lawyers in Canada.
