About Malcolm
Malcolm Boyle is Counsel in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office with an established labour and employment law practice representing local, national and international employers. He has a strong record advising management during union organizing campaigns and appears regularly before provincial and national labour boards, employment standards tribunals, human rights tribunals and workers' compensation hearing boards. Malcolm provides strategic advice on employment termination, occupational health and safety incidents and pension plan matters, and delivers human resources and employee relations training to clients. He has served as an expert member of the United Church of Canada Pension Board and chairs a branch of a national mentorship program. He earned his J.D. from Queen's University in 1982 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1991, after earlier admissions in Ontario and the Northwest Territories.
