About Madison
Madison Kelly is an associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto, where she helps clients with immigration matters in both Canada and the United States. She has a particular interest in the intersection of Canadian and U.S. immigration law under the USMCA, assisting businesses with intra-company transfers, USMCA professional status, and investor and trader visas, as well as Canadian Labour Market Impact Assessment applications. Before law school she earned a Certified Human Resources Professional designation and worked in human resources for a global technology company. Madison graduated from Queen's University Belfast School of Law, then completed her articles at Green and Spiegel through its international articles program before being called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
