About Austin
Austin Sevalrud is an associate in the Regulatory, Indigenous and Environmental Group of Osler's Calgary office. His work touches on regulatory, Indigenous and environmental matters for major energy and resource projects, spanning areas such as power generation, electricity transmission networks, and oil and gas and mining development, in addition to rate and tariff proceedings and enforcement work. Before this focus, Austin worked on mergers and acquisitions across public and private markets, together with real estate matters and broader commercial work. He earned his JD from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Austin belongs to the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association.
