About Elsa
Elsa Agostinho is Counsel in Fragomen's Montreal office, where she advises employers and individuals on Canadian and Quebec immigration law. She works with multinational companies on work permits, visas, and workforce mobility planning, including matters that arise during mergers and acquisitions. She also guides individuals and families through temporary and permanent relocation to Canada. Agostinho holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal and completed professional training at the École du Barreau du Québec, and she is admitted to the Barreau du Québec. She has close to three decades of experience in immigration law and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Quebec Immigration Lawyers Association (AQAADI). She speaks English and French.
