About MacGregor
MacGregor Malloy is a personal injury lawyer, born and raised in Nova Scotia, who handles Maritime claims out of Preszler's Dartmouth office. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's of Arts in Philosophy from Dalhousie University before completing his JD at the Schulich School of Law, also at Dalhousie. MacGregor articled with Preszler and was hired as an associate after being called to the Nova Scotia bar in June 2024. His practice covers personal injury claims generally, along with motor vehicle accident, long-term disability and slip and fall claims, and he is licensed to practice in both Ontario and Nova Scotia.
