About Harjit

Harjit began his career practicing criminal law before shifting his focus entirely to personal injury, where he now represents injured clients. He has resolved numerous cases involving serious injuries and has represented clients in private mediations, before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and in litigation at the Superior Court of Justice. His work spans motor vehicle accident claims as well as accident benefits, slip and fall cases, short and long term disability benefits, and CPP disability claims. Harjit completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto before earning his law degree at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
