About Victoria

Victoria Graham practises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financial services regulation at Osler. Her work centers on financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, and private and public companies, with particular focus on the seniors' housing and financial services sectors. Beyond her transactional work, Victoria Graham regularly advises Canadian and foreign financial institutions and both regulated and unregulated financial service providers on banking and insurance regulation, fintech, compliance, and the establishment of new financial institutions in Canada. She was seconded to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions in 2010. Her recent representative work has included advising clients on financings, mergers, and acquisitions across the banking, insurance, and seniors' housing industries.
