About Jeffrey

Jeffrey C. Silver is a senior commercial litigation lawyer with three decades of experience across a broad range of matters, including cases that helped develop the law on contract formation and construction lien law. He articled with a firm specializing in mining securities and, in 1988, joined the boutique litigation firm Raymond H. Raphael and Associates, where he worked for nine years on complex litigation matters before establishing his own firm in 1999. He has represented clients across many professions and industries, including architects, accountants, manufacturers, and small business owners, and has acted for high-end custom home and condominium builders, general contractors, trades, and suppliers in construction and construction lien disputes. He spent several years on the Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association, is an active member of the Advocates' Society, and has developed continuing-education seminars on legal ethics and professionalism accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
