Supervising Lawyer, Centralized Legal Services at Rise Women's Legal Centre
Lucie is a staff lawyer at Rise whose position is funded by the Law Foundation of BC's Centralized Legal Services program, through which she acts as a supervising lawyer for funded family law advocates in the Lower Mainland and remote areas of the province, helping them grow their skills and confidence. Lucie articled at Rise and later founded Linden Law in Maple Ridge, where she practised family and immigration law, took on legal aid files, and provided low bono services to clients with low incomes experiencing family violence. She has represented clients in Supreme Court and Provincial Court and has a special interest in disability, health, and mental health law.
