About Mauryah

Mauryah McLaughlin is a partner at Osler based in Calgary, with a mergers and acquisitions practice spanning complex, high-value transactions in Canada and internationally. She guides clients through every phase of a deal, from structuring and negotiation through closing. McLaughlin has a strong presence in the energy sector, including upstream and midstream oil and gas, renewables, and energy infrastructure, and her M&A practice also extends to health care, real estate, senior living, technology, and hospitality. She manages cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transactions as lead counsel, working with global deal teams on legal, commercial, and regulatory matters. McLaughlin joined Osler's Calgary office as a partner in 2025. She holds a JD from the University of New Brunswick and a BA with distinction from St. Francis Xavier University.
