About Lindsay

Lindsay Rauccio practises corporate-commercial litigation across a wide range of matters, spanning contract disputes, construction and infrastructure work (including nuclear and wind energy projects), class proceedings, product liability claims, administrative and regulatory matters, and environmental litigation. Rauccio has appeared as counsel at various levels of court in Ontario as well as before the Federal Court of Appeal, and has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution, including large and complex mediations and arbitrations. Lindsay rejoined Osler's Disputes group as an associate in 2010, having summered with the firm in 2008 and articled in 2009. While studying at the University of Western Ontario, Rauccio was part of a winning moot team in a national corporate and securities law competition.
