About John
John Becker has advised businesses, families and professionals across British Columbia for more than 40 years, supporting entrepreneurs, developers and family-owned enterprises with corporate and partnership structuring, shareholder agreements, and succession and ownership transitions. He also helps clients with wills, trusts, probate, and real estate matters, and leads Peak Law Group's Estate Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Program, trained as a Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator through the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC. He holds an LLB from the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1983. He is a former Mayor of Pitt Meadows and has served on the Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Community Services Council, Meadowridge Independent School, and the Pitt Meadows Agricultural Advisory Committee.
