About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Cameron (known as El) completed a B.A. at McGill University, an M.Sc. in Social Studies of Gender at Lund University in Sweden, and a J.D. at the University of British Columbia. Since being called to the bar, El has practised exclusively in family law, publishing and presenting on family law topics and teaching the family law course at UBC as an adjunct professor. El works to create a supportive learning environment within Rise's Student Clinic program and to expand family law services in British Columbia that are informed, accessible, and responsive to each client's circumstances.
