A partner in the firm's Toronto office and a member of the Financial Institutions and Services Group, Lisa A. MacDonnell's practice encompasses banking, restructuring, real estate and business law related areas. She acts for both lenders and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including syndicated financings, asset-based loan transactions, project and acquisition loans, real estate financings, and term and revolving facilities. She also acts for receivers and secured creditors on insolvency matters, including commercial mortgage enforcement.
