About Lindsay

Lindsay Charles earned her law degree jointly from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. Her practice is dedicated entirely to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death claims, including occupiers' liability, products liability, and disability benefits matters. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and sits on the board of the Brain Injury Association of Durham. She also volunteers with Cycle Toronto, Spinal Cord Injury Ontario, and the Brain Injury Society of Toronto.
