About Olga

After more than a decade at established personal injury firms, Olga Kanevsky opened her own practice, Kanevsky Law Office, in Toronto, where she now handles plaintiff-side personal injury matters exclusively, acting only for injured claimants rather than insurers or defendants. She holds an LL.B and an LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and has been licensed by the Law Society of Ontario since 2001 (LSO #51731A). Over more than two decades of practice, she has recovered more than $50 million in settlements and verdicts for accident victims across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, and the wider Greater Toronto Area. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, and serves clients from Toronto's Russian-speaking, Ukrainian, and Eastern European communities, including recent newcomers navigating the Ontario insurance and tort system.
