Andrew Kinley

About Andrew

Andrew is a senior litigation associate who practises in commercial litigation, administrative law and insurance law. He has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, as well as before various arbitrators and administrative decision-makers, resolving contract, business, shareholder and property disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. In the construction industry, he acts for owners, contractors and subcontractors on lien matters, contract claims, delay and deficiency disputes. Andrew also represents insurers in defending claims involving slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, and life and disability insurance, and handles subrogation matters. He remains connected to the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law, where he has volunteered with the mooting program and taught Civil Procedure to second-year students, and holds a J.D. from UNB and a B.B.A. from Acadia University.
