About Andro
Andro George co-founded Beshay George Soliman LLP in August 2025, where he now serves as managing partner. His career combines private practice, in-house and general counsel roles, and class action work, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, securities law, and litigation, including negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and advising on M&A transactions. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as an external consultant to several publicly traded cannabis companies, conducting due diligence on M&A deals and assessing business synergies, and he gained governance experience through proxy battles involving CSE-listed cannabis issuers. He built a small private chain of pharmacies in Ontario and continues to provide consulting services to public and private companies. Andro articled with the federal Crown at Bradley Law Office, volunteered with the Elizabeth Fry Society of Sudbury, and has served on boards linked to the Coptic Orthodox Churches in Toronto. He currently sits on the board of the Richmond Hill Electoral District Association for the Federal Conservative Party.
