Leilani Karr practises insurance defence litigation at Brownlee LLP, handling construction deficiency claims, motor vehicle collisions, occupiers' liability, professional liability claims, property damage, and Strata Property Act disputes. Karr has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and regularly appears before administrative tribunals and chambers in both British Columbia and Alberta, including the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal.
