Alex Huzik is a dispute resolution lawyer at Brownlee LLP focused on insurance, civil, and commercial litigation, including administrative law, defamation, shareholder disputes, and oppression claims. Huzik joined the firm in 2026 after working at a dispute resolution boutique on Toronto's Bay Street and at a top-tier Swedish law firm, with experience in breach of contract, fiduciary duty, officers' and directors' liability, regulatory defence, and international arbitration. Huzik is a member of the Law Society of BC and the Law Society of Ontario, belongs to the Canadian Law and Society Association and The Advocates Society's Canadian-Ukrainian Legal Alliance, and is committed to pro bono legal service.
