About Noel

Noel Lal has more than five years of post-admission legal experience in Fiji's common law system across a broad range of legal areas before relocating to British Columbia. At Davison North Law his practice focuses on civil litigation and procedure, as well as commercial, corporate, employment, municipal, property, and estate law. Noel completed a Master of Laws in Common Law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and a Practical Diploma in Legal Practice and Bachelor of Law at the University of the South Pacific, and was admitted to the BC Bar in 2024.
