About Iqra

Iqra Azhar practises civil, commercial, and insurance defence litigation at Brownlee LLP's Vancouver office, with a focus on personal injury, mediation, arbitration, construction litigation, and builders lien matters. Azhar was called to the British Columbia bar in 2019, holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University (2018), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in International Relations, from the University of British Columbia (2014). Azhar sits on the executive boards of the South Asian Legal Clinic of BC and the BC Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association, volunteering legal expertise to both. Azhar is a member of the Law Society of BC and the Canadian Bar Association.
